Through our subsidiaries Just Stories, Soundtelling and Third Ear, we’re behind shows such as En mörk historia, Skuggland, Uppgång och Fall and many others. We work with some of the most talented people in the industry, and also produce shows in collaboration with well-known influencers and brands.

The role - Sales Manager

As Sales Manager you will be in charge of building and establishing Third Ear Studio’s sales division from the ground up, at our office in Stockholm/Östermalm. In the early days, this means a hands-on approach to everything from actual sales and account management, to forming our offer, routines and sales practices for both podcast advertising and branded content.

In collaboration with both the creative team and management, you’ll have the opportunity to shape how things are done, and challenge the status quo in podcast advertising. We aim to produce ads as creative, efficient, and successful as our editorial podcasts, which are made up of some of the Nordics most beloved- and listened to shows.

You will set the foundation for future growth, and in the long-term have the opportunity to recruit your own dream team and shape the industry's practices.

What you’ll do from day one

  • Identify and build client base, sell podcast ads/sponsorships and branded content
  • Structure our sales offer, process and routines
  • Collaborate with our creative team and talented producers to monetise productions
  • Account management and post-sales follow ups

What you’ll do in the long run

  • Recruit your team and build our sales division
  • Shape the entire sales organization in collaboration with management
  • Find creative solutions to optimize ads from both a customer, listener- and editorial perspective.

Who you are

  • Well experienced and documented senior sales background from podcasts or related fields, with a large network in the industry
  • A positive, confident and productive leader, able to organize your own work as well as teams
  • A doer that works without prestige, and collaborates well with other departments
